We want you to love your Nomad pieces. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels remain attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
